The site provides independent editorial information to help people plan New Year's Eve in New York City. We are not a travel agent, ticket seller, tour operator or event organizer. We don't sell, reserve or operate any experience described on the site.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Times Square Alliance, the City of New York, NYC Tourism + Conventions, the NYPD, the MTA, or any venue, hotel, restaurant, cruise operator or event organizer mentioned. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

3. Accuracy and changes

We research information from official sources and show when details were last verified. New Year's Eve arrangements, including timings, prices, availability, security rules, street closures and transit, can change at short notice, often by decision of the authorities or providers. Information on the site is provided “as is”, without warranty. Always confirm time-sensitive details with the official provider or authority before making plans or purchases.

4. External links and bookings

“Check Availability” buttons and other links take you to third-party websites. Any booking, purchase or contract you make is between you and that provider, under its terms. The site's original text, design and structure belong to New Year New York. Photos are licensed from third parties (currently Pexels) under their license terms. You may share links to our pages. Please don't copy substantial parts of our content without permission.
